Both the sealing head and conveyor are electrically adjustable in height, allowing operators to easily achieve optimal ergonomic positioning.

Advanced Controls
Using a large 7-inch color touchscreen, operators gain complete control over all validated sealing parameters. The intuitive interface allows easy setup, quick recipe changes, and full access to process data, alarms, and diagnostics. Real-time monitoring ensures any deviation from validated parameters are immediately flagged, helping maintain consistent seal quality and regulatory compliance. When flagged, the sealer will auto reject bags by operating the system in reverse. Furthermore, process parameters and alarms can be logged through USB or via an Ethernet connection to a computer, supporting validated processes, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
