The Rollbag R785 features the same robust electronics found in costly industrial machines, and the quick-change seal bars deliver a superior seal from 2” to 12” in length on poly bags up to 6mil thick.

Engineered for use with pre-opened bags on a roll, an adjustable stream of air opens the bag and facilitates easy product loading. All operating parameters are adjusted via the large, user-friendly touchscreen. Plus, up to 50 individual job settings can be stored onboard to reduce downtime, ensure optimal performance and improve productivity. An optional digital handshake function enables easy integration with warehouse systems and production lines, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency. The Rollbag R785 features the same robust electronics found in costly industrial machines, and the quick-change seal bars deliver a superior seal from 2” to 12” in length on poly bags up to 6mil thick. Using industrial electronics and innovative design, the R785 is capable of packaging at a rate of 40 bags/min or more, ensuring that the operator will not outpace the bagger. By combining the simplicity of manual filling with a compact, versatile automatic bagging system, the Rollbag R785 delivers added value to your packaging production efforts.

Options and unique features deliver valuable benefits

One of the significant differences between the Rollbag R785 and other electric machines is the extensive number of unique features and available options. Designed for efficiency, these machines may be configured with a thermal transfer printer or label printer/applicator. The R785 may be operated by external proximity sensor, with a foot pedal or by hand A unique feature is the bag loading system, which enables the machine to be refilled from the front; thus the rear side of the R785 may be located against a wall to conserve floor space. Other options include an air expeller, articulating bag support, and seal flattener fingers. For added convenience and shorter downtime, common replacement parts are readily available.

With all features and options considered, the Rollbag R785 packaging system is possibly the most technically advanced and versatile all-electric tabletop bagger currently available.
