Validatable Vacuum Sealer

The PAC Med Vac sealer is a fully validatable medical vacuum sealer designed to comply with the stringent guidelines of ISO 11607 terminally sterile packaging requirements. This industrial grade sealer is intended for medical and other industrial applications where control of process parameters is critical and seal validation is required. External verification ports allow for easy verification and calibration of internal controllers for IQ/OQ processes.

The Med Vac line of validatable sealers are capable of producing consistent hermetic seals in a wide range of materials. Temperature control coupled with digital seal and cool timers, provide the ability to dial in settings for almost any pouch or bag sealing application. Standard bi-active sealing jaws (top and bottom jaws heated) and jaw selector switch enable use with single or double-sided heat giving the versatility to seal Tyvek ™, heavy foils, and/or more complex materials. A Seal-Only switch retracts the vacuum nozzles from the sealing jaws to permit unobstructed use as an impulse sealer.

Temperature Control Features

Adjustable temperature band for high and low alarm tolerances
Seal time begins when set temperature is achieved to prevent inconsistencies with heat build up in sealing jaws, ensuring repeatable seals

Vacuum & Gas Flush Features

Venturi Vacuum pump for quiet operation and fast evacuation of air (1/4 hp and hp electric vacuum pumps optional)
Dual Vacuum/Gas Flush Nozzles (snorkels) to accommodate narrow or wide bags
Digital timers for each stage of vacuum and gas flush (when applicable), up to 10 seconds
Up to 2 stages of vacuum and 2 stages of gas flush
