PVB Vacuum Sealer

Constant Heat Vacuum Sealer

The PVB Constant Heat Vacuum Sealer has all the available features of our PB constant heat sealer, with the added capability of vacuum and gas flush for applications requiring modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). Unlike our other vacuum sealers that use a heat and cool cycle during sealing (impulse), the PVB has constantly heated seal jaws. Like the PB, the PVB is designed to vacuum seal MIL spec barrier bags, coated paper, film and foil laminates.

The PVB Constant Heat Sealer comes standard with a 3/4” wide constant heat flat seal in the top jaw, which can be heated to 550 °F. Other seal bar configurations include top and bottom (bi-active) heat, as well as 1/2″ or 1″ serrated jaws.

The PVB Constant Heat Vacuum Sealer is made in the USA and includes a 3 year limited warranty.
