• Alarm conditions indicated visually on HMI with fault condition source identified and logged in USB drive

Vacuum / Gas Flush Features:

• 3/4 HP electric vacuum pump
• Dual large stainless steel vacuum/gas nozzles
• Gas flush capability for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)
• Multi-stage vacuum / gas cycles, to achieve a lower residual oxygen level
• Foot switch or timed vacuum control: gives operator discretion on length of vacuum cycle

Safety Features:

• Pneumatic low-pressure jaw close safety system with release if obstruction is detected
• Jaw close timeout with release when delay is detected
• Heavy duty seal transformers with thermal overload protection
