The 6800CS and larger 6800CS-XL Fulfillment Wrapper are automatic poly baggers for products that will be introduced horizontally on a conveyor. The system automatically measures the length of the product being packaged and forms a right-sized poly bag around it. Furthermore, the system can print and apply a shipping or product identification label directly on the bag at the point of packaging. The 6800CS and 6800CS-XL Fulfillment Wrapper are ideal for high-speed packaging of products into poly mailers as well as those that need to be shipped to a fulfillment center in clear film.
The 6800CS and 6800CS-XL Fulfillment Wrapper feature a highly efficient all-electric sealer that combines a hot knife end seal with an adjustable seal and trim knife. The trim knife is actuated when the product moves past the cross seal. Compared to conventional automatic baggers, the 6800CS and 6800CS-XL can bag products of any length at high speed.
Unique Sealer Technology for Fulfillment Bagging
Film feed is achieved by a film inverter, permitting product to be delivered to the sealer by conveyor. This gives these systems a wide range of product height and width size choices. The 6800CS and 6800CS-XL Fulfillment have beginning and end product sensors to maintain a consistent bag length around the product.

Two Sizes for Packaging
The 6800CS Fulfillment Wrapper can accommodate items up to 16″ wide or up to 8″ in height and is ideally suited for packaging single items. The 6800CS-XL Fulfillment Wrapper can accommodate items up to 24″ wide or up to 11.75″ in height and is ideally suited for large items or multi-packs.
Print and Apply Labeling
Both units feature a Sato brand label printer applicator. The 6800CS Fulfillment has the label printer integrated into the seal area to label the first package being wrapped. The 6800CS-XL Fulfillment has the label printer applicator on a conveyor after the wrapping unit.
