PAC Machinery Supports Next Generation of Packaging Innovators at PACK EXPO International 2026
Company to participate in the Amazing Packaging Race and host a hands-on automatic bagging challenge featuring the Rollbag® R785 Automatic Bagger

Berea, Ohio — October 15, 2026 — PAC Machinery is proud to participate in and support the Amazing Packaging Race at PACK EXPO International 2026, taking place October 18–21 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The program brings university engineering students to the show floor to tackle real-world manufacturing challenges, explore packaging technologies, and connect with industry professionals.
In the Amazing Packaging Race, teams of university students from across the U.S. race around the show floor to complete tasks and solve problems at the booths of participating exhibitors. This event will take place Wednesday, October 21 beginning at 9am.
As part of its participation, PAC Machinery will give students a hands-on opportunity to experience packaging automation through its “Ready, Set, Bag!” challenge, featuring the Rollbag® R785 Automatic Bagger and PAC Machinery’s Barcode Blocking Bags for FBA Amazon prep.
The challenge puts participants’ speed and coordination to the test: students must place five items into each bag and complete 10 bags—50 items total—in just 60 seconds. The activity offers a fun, interactive way to experience automatic bagging technology and see how packaging automation supports production efficiency.
