The Rollbag R785 is a unique, all-electric tabletop automatic poly bagger. The R785 is one of the fastest fulfillment packaging machines on the market.

The R785 auto bagger does not require compressed so this bagger can easily be moved around the production environment and can be set up virtually anywhere with an ordinary electrical outlet.
With the integrated printer, the step of hand applying a shipping label is eliminated. If you already use a Zebra label printer for printing out shipping labels, then set-up should be a breeze as you may be able to use your existing print driver, as detailed here.

Movable, Easy Touch Start Button– A portable sensor that can be moved to the optimal location for the bagging process. This sensor detects the presence of the operator’s hand on the button and then the machine automatically cycles. This sensor eliminates a step in the packaging process, as the operator does not need to press a button or activate a foot switch to cycle the bagger.
Air Expeller – This device presses against the bag prior to sealing, removing excess air as well as minimizing wrinkles in the seal with large bags. Ideal when there is no vent hole in the bag or when packing bulky items in poly mailers.
