AVM 200 – the most compact form fill seal bagger on the market. This machine is specifically designed for packing parts in small paper bags, offering unparalleled flexibility and efficiency. This bagger can produce up to 40 bags per minute (depending on application and material), increasing productivity and lowering costs. The AVM 200 fits conveniently at any workstation, making it an ideal addition to your production line. For those of you not ready to switch to paper, the machine can also work with plastic based films (eg. OPP and laminates). The AVM 200 uses rollstock film that is folded on the forming collar and vertically sealed in the back. This configuration results in a lower material cost than pre-made bags. Additionally, set the bag length to be made, using the HMI touchscreen.

Options

Thermal Transfer Printer
If you need to print large text, images, or barcodes directly on your bag, then a thermal transfer printer is the the right solution. Our Videojet thermal transfer printer is available with a 4” wide print head, has a print resolution of up to 300 dpi, and can print at a blazing rate of up to 24 inches per second. Additionally, software is available in order to make print set-up a breeze
Incline Outfeed Conveyor
The incline outfeed conveyor transports bags from the bagger up to table height. The conveyor consists of a horizontal section where the bag is dropped, and an inclined section which has a height of approximately 35”. The height and angle of the inclined section are adjustable. The conveyor is made of stainless steel and equipped with casters.
Kit Conveyor
The Kit Conveyor is designed for guaranteed packaging rates, or pace rate for operators. Package faster, easier and safer. This feeder allows you to package hardware kits, appliance kits, craft kits and various parts directly into the bag.
Spare Parts Kit
This kit includes basic consumable and replacement parts fo the machine. These parts include PTFE seal bar cover and perforation knife.

On-Site Start-Up and training
