Packaging Process

1. The operator sets the weight per product by placing a defined number of the same parts in the bucket (this can be stored via the recipe screen)
2. The operator sets the target count – number of parts per bag (this can be stored via the recipe screen)
3. While the operator places product into the bucket, the control panel shows the quantity of product loaded
4. Once the target count has been reached, the color on the display changes from red to green and the bucket automatically dispenses the product into the funnel above the bag
5. The bucket returns back to its home position while the bagger seals the bag with product in it and dispenses a new one. The process begins again from step 3.
