PAC Machinery Enhances G-Series Bag Sealers with New Standard Features and Debut of Advanced Interface at PACK EXPO Las Vegas
San Rafael, CA – September 16, 2025 – PAC Machinery, a leader in packaging and bag sealing equipment, is pleased to announce significant upgrades to its G-Series line of bag sealing and packaging machines — specifically the PVG vacuum sealers and PI impulse sealers.
The PVG Vacuum Sealer, considered by many to be the industry standard industrial vacuum impulse sealer, will be showcased at the upcoming PACK EXPO show in Las Vegas this September. The PVG comes standard with gas flush for modified atmosphere packaging, bi-active seal bars for top and bottom heat during sealing, and independent vacuum, gas, seal, and cool timers. At the show, it will be demonstrated with PAC’s NEW Touchscreen HMI — an intuitive interface that streamlines operation, reduces setup time, and makes adjusting machine parameters faster and more precise. This upgrade improves usability for operators of all experience levels while reducing the potential for errors in production.
Three Add-on’s to the sealer, now standard features.
Previously offered as optional upgrades, the following will now be included standard on all PVG vacuum sealers and PI impulse sealers:
- Stainless Steel Frame – Enhances hygiene, durability, and cleanability — critical for environments like food, pharmaceutical, and medical packaging where sanitation and corrosion resistance are essential.
- Motorized Height-Adjustable Seal Head – Improves ergonomics and efficiency by allowing quick, safe adjustments to match the operator’s workspace, whether bench-mounted or integrated into a production line.
- Emergency Stop Button – Adds a physical E-stop to meet the safety protocols of facilities that require it, eliminating one more purchasing decision and improving operator peace of mind.
