Scratch-resistant material is a custom option for bags on automatic baggers, ideal for products susceptible to scratches. This material is a soft, pliable, cloth-like, matte embossed film designed specifically for protection to polished surfaces susceptible to scratching. The embossed surface provides a tough yet “non- abrasive” inner surface. This material has a slightly cloudier appearance but doesn’t look much different than standard material. Scratch-Resistant Bags can be customized with logos, barcodes and other product information.

eyewear, plastic components, polished surfaces, jewelry, medical, and electronics
Equipment this material can be used on:
- Scratch-resistant polyethylene bags on a roll can be used on any brand of automatic bagging machine. This includes PAC Machinery Rollbag brand of Automatic Baggers.
- The Tubing is available only for PAC Machinery’s Magnum Horizontal, Rollbag R3200, and R3200XL bagging machines. The benefit of tubing is that it saves money on material costs and reduces material usage, as tubing allows the bag to be right-sized to the product being packaged.
