PAC Machinery to Showcase Packaging Equipment, Sustainable Materials, and Flexible Packaging Solutions at PACK EXPO International 2026
BEREA, Ohio — [9-2-2026] — PAC Machinery will exhibit at PACK EXPO International 2026, October 18–21 at McCormick Place in Chicago, showcasing a broad range of packaging automation equipment, automatic bagging systems, sustainable packaging materials, shrink wrapping systems, vacuum sealing technology, and specialty packaging solutions.
Visitors to Booth S-2147 in the South Hall can see live demonstrations of PAC Machinery’s latest packaging technologies designed to improve production efficiency, reduce packaging costs, automate labor-intensive processes, and provide greater flexibility in packaging materials.

PAC Machinery’s exhibit will feature several Rollbag® automatic bagging systems, including the R785, R985, R1275, R3200XL Fulfillment and R3200XL Fulfillment Paper. The R985 and the R3200XL Fulfillment Paper demonstrates PAC’s Flexible Sustainability approach by being able to run both Fiberflex® curbside recyclable paper and polyethylene materials on the same automatic bagger, while the R3200XL Hybrid provides high-speed vertical bagging for fulfillment, with right-sizing of the bag to the product.
The exhibit will also showcase an automated kitting solution combining flexible feeding, robotics, software, and automatic bagging. The system demonstrates how automation can streamline kit building, part sorting, assembly, inspection, and bagging in a single integrated packaging workflow.
Sustainable Packaging Solutions
Sustainability will be a major focus of the PAC Machinery exhibit. Fiberflex® curbside recyclable paper packaging provides an alternative to traditional plastic packaging on compatible automated bagging and flow wrapping equipment. PAC will also showcase ReviveWrap® recyclable shrink film (at select store locations), a high-clarity polyolefin shrink film made with pre-consumer recycled content and designed to run on PAC Machinery shrink equipment.
Advanced Packaging Equipment and Materials
The exhibit will include the Clamco 6750EL Automatic L-Bar Sealer, a fully electric shrink wrapper, along with the new PVG Industrial Vacuum Sealer and PVT Plus Med Validatable Medical Vacuum Sealer for industrial, medical, pharmaceutical, and other critical packaging applications.
PAC Machinery will also feature a selection of stock and custom packaging materials, including Rollbag® bags and poly tubing, Fiberflex paper, ReviveWrap shrink film, Barcode Blocking Bags, heavy-duty bags, medical bags, and advanced ESD/corrosion-prevention materials. These solutions are designed to support automated packaging while addressing specific requirements for sustainability, fulfillment, industrial protection, medical packaging, and sensitive components.
